Had a really good day today.

Didn't play any SNG's up until today, but overall stats for 5/29 to 5/31 are:

This marks the end of may for me, which was a really good month.
I will not be posting my overall May stats here, but I did run at a solid 14.15% ROI.

That is about +15.43 per SNG played. I usually play 4-6 SNG's per set, so we will average that to 5. Each set takes anywhere from 30-50 minutes, so we will average it up to 45 mins. So that makes us get about
6.7 SNG's per hour, which yeilds an hourly rate of $103.38.

So I didn't play any poker this weekend as I went home for memorial day weekend, which really cut into my number of tournaments played.

I played 0 SNG's between 5/25 and 5/28. Oops.

Weeeeeee..
Just took down my first official MTT on Poker Stars.

Decided to play some MTT's Today. I took down a $30 MTT on Poker Stars for a cool $4,740.
I played really well in this thing, and I was also running well. I was the chip leader for most of the final table. I think I only got involved in 1 coinfilp where most of my money was in the middle. I also only took the worst of it 1 time that I can remember. It was my AK and shorties AK vs. a mid stacks KK -- we spiked an ace, and that was that. I still whould have been in comfortable position if I lost that hand, but would no longer be the chipleader.

I also made the final table of the Party 40K Guaranteed where I took 7th place for about $1,800.
First place in this thing was over $13,000. I was short on chips and raised AsTs and had to call a push by someone with AK. That was that and I was out. I think I could have played a little better, but that is probably the biggest final table I have ever made. I think I could have waited a little longer, and folded that AT, as I was in EMP. Oh well, at least I took down the Stars MTT.

Had some bad luck when getting heads up getting second 6 times, when it should have been more like half that. Also had 7 4th place finishes, which is a bit high. There were a couple bubbles where I got REALLY unlucky, having my AQ lose to AJ and what not. This week was slightly busy for me, with class and what not. I was also able to avoid playing any MTT's so far. So thats a good thing.

I have combined results from the last few days for simplicity.

So my stats for the last week (Monday 5/15 to Sunday 5/21) are this:

154 SNG's with 17.36% ROI for a total profit of +$2,914

Those are preddy good numbers, but I would like to get my ROI into the 20%+ range.

These results are also excluding all my MTT play, of which none was good. I lost a lot screwing around in the MTT's. I also played a few of the $215's offered over the weekend. I did not cash a single time. Probably lost over $1,500 playing those stupid MTT's. Every MTT I played in had a first prize of over $10,000.

I think I am going to stop playing all MTT's except a few, as they seem to be a major leak for me. The possibility of a huge score is just so tempting. If it were not for my SNG play, I would be broke.

So the MTT's I am going to try to limit myself to are the Daily $40K Guaranteed $109 on party, and the $100K Guaranteed $30+Rebuy on Dise.

I have come really close in the $30+R on Dise busting 13th and 15th. I really like that tournament because if you can get a 10K+ stack after the rebuy period is over people just hand you their chips.

Anyways, I will try to limit myself to those 2 MTT's during the weekdays. However I think I will continue to play in the big buy-in weekend tournies, but will now focus on cashing in those.

Was up $1500 at one point today, after about 12 SNGs. Kept playing and dropped a bit back.

I think I played well today, I was getting really unlucky heads up I think, and I also bubbled 5 times.

The goal will be to make $1000 a day playing the $109's on party poker. With summer school in session, I am unsure how many SNG's I will be able to play, but hopefully it will be enough.

I will obviously have to run really well to do this, but I don't think it is impossible. I will be setting the stop-win at $2000 and my stop-loss at $1000

My previous stats up to the 17th will not be included in this challenge.
